OHEA AGM Dinner &
Attendees who are OHEA members are eligible for member pricing, which allows them to register at a reduced rate, compared to non-members. In order to be eligible for member pricing, you must be a member in good standing of OHEA. Attendees who are members of a branch association, OFSHEEA and OFSHLC are also eligible for member pricing.
All online payments for OHEA's 38th annual AGM and Conference can be made via PayPal. All registration fees include HST (HST #86606 3340 RT00001).
Each conference attendee must display a valid badge while attending sessions at the conference.
OHEA will issue full refunds for AGM/conference registrations when a written request is received prior to March 10, 2017. The committee regrets that refunds will not be considered after this date. All approved refunds will be issued after the conference.
Bus Cancellation Policy
OHEA reserves the right to cancel either of the chartered buses leaving from Brescia University College and Ryerson University on Saturday, March 25th due to low registration. If you have registered for a bus that is cancelled a full refund will be issued after the conference.
